Cat Wing Honors Lauren McCluskey

The Lauren McCluskey Wing at the Whitman County Humane Society honors Lauren McCluskey’s lifelong compassion for animals and her dedication to helping shelter pets find loving homes. Named in her memory, the Wing expanded the shelter’s capacity to care for kittens while providing a lasting tribute to Lauren’s legacy. Today, the space continues to support the Humane Society’s lifesaving mission by giving more vulnerable animals a safe place to heal, grow, and prepare for adoption, reflecting Lauren’s enduring kindness and love for animals.
