Follow your employer’s instructions to submit a matching gift request. This may involve filling out an online form or submitting a paper application. Be sure to include all necessary information, such as our foundation’s name, address, and your donation details.Notify Us
Once you’ve submitted your matching gift request, please let us know by emailing linda.mittelhammer@laurenmccluskey.org. This helps us track your donation and ensure that the matching gift is processed smoothly.
