Brian Stewart

Trial Attorney and Managing Partner, Parker & McConkie

Brian C. Stewart is a trial attorney and managing partner at Parker & McConkie, where he practices in Washington, Idaho, and Utah. In addition to representing victims of catastrophic injury and wrongful death, Brian and his firm have successfully represented numerous individuals and families affected by intimate partner violence and sexual abuse, including the McCluskey family. Through this work, they have championed legal reforms and advanced initiatives to expand education, resources, and protections that enhance safety both on and off campus.

Brian earned his undergraduate degree from Utah State University, a Master’s in Finance from the University of Utah, and his law degree from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He has continued his executive education at Harvard Business School and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. During law school, he worked as a consultant advising corporate boards on ethics, governance, and crisis management, and also served as a law clerk at the Utah Supreme Court. In addition, Brian has taught nonprofit finance and law-related courses as an adjunct faculty member at Westminster College and the University of Utah.
