Utilizing his background in development, he has successfully fostered partnerships across Fortune 500 businesses, athletics, and institutions of higher education. Deeply committed to putting students first, Gianini has consistently demonstrated a unique ability to listen to and amplify student voices, ensuring that their concerns and needs are at the forefront of the Foundation's initiatives and advocacy efforts.
Prior to joining the Lauren McCluskey Foundation, Gianini began his career at Goldman Sachs within their Private Wealth Management office. Outside of the office, he enjoys visiting art museums, engaging with the community through volunteerism, and attending sporting events. Experiences, which have not only shaped his professional approach but also inform his commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of students.
